Exxon Mobil (XOM) released an update on the Eagle Ford Shale in South Texas:

Turning now to activities in our unconventional resource portfolio, a significant level of drilling activity continues in the US. During the quarter, we supplied the first well on our Birchus Ranch acreage in the Eagle Ford Shale of South Texas. ExxonMobil holds 50,000 acres in its emerging shale gas play.
